use a wet vac but not a cheap one, get industrial one

Don't use water, because you've already got water there in the first place that you're trying to flush out, and that will only allow different water to take it's place.

Have you tried a hair-dryer yet? A hair-dryer is pretty much the first _Go-to_ tool in this scenario.
