The furnace is a model 383kav. With the thermostat disconnected the furnace will go through the complete self test cycle. But when the red and white control wires are connected only the blower turns on. Can anyone please advise.
Bryant Gas furnace goes through test cycle ok . But only Blower turns on when tried.

Could be a defective hot surface ignitor or safety switch. There is a least 1 and possbily 2 manual reset safety switches on this unit. Also a blocked vent will shut down the unit.
