Building a 1.8m x 2.9m mezzanine level in garage for storage. Can't support in the middle of the structure. How to do so it's safe?

The level will be used for storing garden tools, lawnmower, some paper records (1 medium archive box) garden hose & reel, various tools such as drill & drill bits, hand saws & various small tools.

I can't support the centre of the floor because I still want to park my car in the garage.

I currently have timber which is :- support posts every mtr (90 centimeters x 90 centimeters) Softwood rafters (145 mls x 45 mls) The floor will be yellow tounge flooring ( veneered chipboard 19 ml thick)

Should these be strong enough to support? the above mentioned items for storage?

Those will probably be adequate, if used properly. Just space the joists a good bit closer to each other or glue and screw them together to have double joists at a regular spacing. Then, there should be no concern and no need for any center support.
