can i convert a pantry into a bathroom

I have a large walk in pantry. Its got a little junk in it. I have plenty of kitchen storage and a laundry area with plenty of storage. I could use the extra bathroom because I converted the garage into a living space for a temporary (?1yr) house guest. I have no idea how or how much it would cost. There is the laundry plumbing close by. Its probably a 6 or 8 foot square room. I need a toilet, sink and shower.

Absolutely! If you can get the toilet plumbing there (the biggest drain pipe), then there's no problem at all and you'll be adding some really good convenience and value to the house. If you were handy and just going with good off-the-shelf, you could do it for $2,000 or $3,000 all told. If a Contractor does it all, then you're probably looking at more like $10,000 to $15,000.
