Sorry, it's not that easy nor is it wise. Water is damaging the foundation and you should only be addressing getting that cellar dry, from the outside. Deleting any room is a bad idea, especially a foundation room. You lose access, you retain more moisture, you introduce more moisture to the structure above and thereby dramatically reduce the life and safety of the building.
