Hi there. I need help identifying these plants please. Number Three image, I would like to know what it is AND whether I can HARD prune it???? Anyone? Thank you in advance.

No 1 is Acer campestre - the Field Maple Any more info about No 2 - does it have flat heads of white flowers followed by red berries or are the flowers different?

No 3 Garrya elliptica, will need to check on pruning.
