Getting a Hawaiin Ti Plant to bloom??????

How do you go about getting it to bloom? It's about 4-5 years old, a house plant, good looking foliage, but no blooms.

Mine's a whole lot older than that and has never bloomed. I didn't know they were known for blooming.
