I planted the pumpkins this morning. Hopefully, they'll do better than last year when all the pumpkin plants got drowned by unusually high rainfall.

We had a high of 87 today but it's supposed to be in the 70's tomorrow.

we just came off several evenings in the mid-30s so it isn't going to be warm enough yet.

Six days after planting, all 15 hills have pumpkins sprouting on them. I think the daily watering helped.
