Hi I am looking for Rubber - Elastic Bands 5mm long x 2/3mm wide, any help in tracking these down would be appreciated.

Try an orthodentist. Braces use them to apply pressure to teeth.
Would a rubber washer, like the ones you get in garden pump up sprayers be any good? They come in a service kit or maybe individual from a plumber shop.
