Cutting roof tiles

I'm tiling the roof of my lean to extension and will be using Redland Grovebury (double pantiles). Normally you would adjust the interlock to avoid cutting the verges but my roof is only 9 1/2 tiles wide and that's with overhang so I will need to cut a tile on each course. The question is, do I put all the cut tiles on one end or do I use a cut tile on alternative ends on each course?

Start with the cut tile and finish with a full tile, on every course. With Redland Grovebury tile cut the tile at the start of the centre roll. Not down the centre. In other words about 40 mm or 1.1/2" to the right of the nail hole. If you find you still have to much overhang, cut the under lap off the finishing tile where the up stand starts.
