I want to fit some new kitchen cabinets but i have a gas central heating boiler in the kitchen which i was wondering if it could be hidden by a dummy cabinet ??Not sure of the type but i know its not a combination.Any do's + don'ts would be appreciated.

There are strict rules on the size and ventilation requirements. These will be in the boiler installation instructions, which you should have, and vary from one boiler to another.
