does oil deck stain work well even if it became cloudy over the winter

I stained my deck last summer and left the residual stain in the garage, as I had a surplus. It did get down to about 20 degrees in my garage. Now this spring, the oil is cldy. I stained my deck again (the second coat) and now I wonder if it still work alright.

Yep, should be fine. But stain doesn't do much of anything to protect the wood. I now only use One-Time Wood Protector

for sunny exposures and they may have a stain that would suit you.
