On the end of the pipe fit a pressure guage and a full bore valve. Adjust the valve until you achieve the required flow rate in L/Min. Record the pressure.

You could actually plot a graph of flow rate vs pressure....

With zero flow (eg valve closed ) you are measuring the static pressure. With valve fully open you will measure close to the "zero" pressure maximium flow rate. Plot several points in between.
