The shed will cover most of it to alleviate any water problems of running back toward the house. Otherwise, the slab should, by all rights, be pitched 1/4" down and away to direct water away from the house. All you'd do is shim or wedge the shed's bottom plate framing to level as it's being screwed-down to the slab.
