I would like to hang fabric to hide an ugly ceiling in a restaurant and can't find a supplier, any info about fire ratings, etc.
Can anybody point me a good direction?

Your insurer, to see if you're covered (hehe), the local applicable code to see if it is restrictive in this regard, and

Here's a link to site that will give you various vendors that manufacture ceiling finishes, and treatments that are sustainable. (with fire-ratings) Just a question, but why would you want to hide the natural exposed beams of the structure? Can't you find a way to enhance them? Normally fabric isn't suggested in a Commercial space, especially a restaraunt. Good luck...
