Anyone else prefer Mitsubishi Heavy Industries over the big names like Daikin?

I recently swapped out my old Daikin Sensira unit after the indoor coil started hissing and leaking on me. It was a constant struggle getting that thing to pull enugh air on humid days even with plenty of clearance, so I finally decided to give Mitsubishi Heavy Industries a shot with thier SRK25ZS-W. The difference in build quality is honestly surprising. It feels like the luxury car of mini splits beacuse of how quiet the compressor stays even when it's ramping up to cool down my bedroom. Most people seem to flock to the standard residential lines, but I'm finding this MHI unit much more capable at hitting those lower temps I prefer, usally around 66 degrees. My only real hang-up is the complex protection logic it uses when the outdoor air drops below 72. It seems to get a bit finicky with the sensors if it isn't scorching hot outside. I'm curious if anyone else has made the switch to MHI and noticed a jump in performance compared to the budget series from the major brands? Is the extra complexity in the control logic acutally a benefit for longevity, or is it just over-engineered for a simple bedroom setup?

I've had the SRK25 for a year and the best part is the self-cleaning cycle. Update: I finally figured out the sensor quirks. That point about the industrial heritage and the EEV granularity made me realize I was just micro-managing the settings too much. Once I let the system run its own cycle without interference, it smoothed out perfectly. It realy is a diffrent beast compared to the standard Daikin. Glad I stuck with MHI despite the learning curve!
