The old saw is that a satisfied customer tells three others; a dissatisfied customer tells ten. Don't know of research to back this up, but it does feel right. doesn't it?

Yeah, almost makes me feel bad about the folks that have to work "customer care". THEY may end up with the loudest voices of all.
