BT line connecting to house - Whats the metal 2-pronged thing at the eaves called?

Whats the name of that piece of kit fixed to the fascia, with an up and down prong on to which the overheaed BT line terminates before running down the wall and in to the house?

's a bracket that used to support two insulators, one for each open wire. Subsequently, these were replaced by a single drop retained by a clamp. For a neater appearance the bracket was replaced by a small square bracket, with a pig-tail type hook.
