My ceramic tiles have lost shininess after grouting

I had to re-grout my porch ceramic tiles with water-proof grout (that's another long story!), and I used the old method of pouring the grout on the whole surface. When I got done, the tiles had lost their shininess because even after I have mopped the tiles about 10 times, there is still a powder residue on the tiles. Is there a product that will help me get this powder off?

Thanks guys.

Some sort of power polishing machine, or lots and lots of elbow grease?
