2 Curtain rails ordered mid June - 1 bent for bay, other straight 125cm.
The straight rail was damaged, phoned this national store and collected it
Still waiting for replacement. Paperwork dated 20th July, phoned look into
Logged onto web site to register complaint - masses of questions on Market
not interested in any complaints. Spent time trying to phone, put on hold!!!
No wonder stores are losing out to internet with delivery chasing systems
