I have Pella Windows at my home in Wyoming. I have called the sales office twice to ask for a quote to get the shades for our home. Salesman never available they take my cell but never call back. Do I have any other recourse. I have been trying for almost a year to get these shades!
Yeah, stop dealing with Pella and get new windows instead through another brand. Or, complain to Corporate HQ and have them get someone reliable to respond to your request and to carry out the sash replacements...it's not a plug-in option.
