Toss in the cost of security and you can build a new school for the cost of painting that shelf.

Do you actually believe obama has ever used a paint brush before? Somebody had to telling what it is and how to hold it to look like he was doing something
Absolutely not! If he or his wife had done so they each would have been working on their own cabinet by themselves. As the photo indicates, each had a tutor.
