Where to buy 3/16" twin slot cutter?

Checked all my online suppliers, Lee Valley, Woodcraft, Grizzly, Woodworker's Supply, and haven't found a twin 3/16" slot cutter. Anyone have any idea's? Thanks in advance. Al In WA
