Cider vinegar. I use my torch to heat up the nut but that didn't work

> either. Any viable help will be appreciated.

water will dissolve rust oil will not

since you sprayed oil first and then torched it the oil should be gone but if not adding vinegar or water will not now penetrate

make sure to burn off all the oil but do not heat up too much if the threads are exposed wire brush them

then use the purest water you have and soak that nut well

then make sure and loosen in the correct direction

Add just a few iron shavings and some oak sawdust. Be careful with it, though, as that oak rust will eat through anything! You want to use just enough to break the ordinary rust free.
