Jig saw. If you don't own one and want a good one for future work, look at Bosch, Milwaukee, DeWalt, Hitachi, Makita.

Jig saw, as the other poster said, or just use the circular saw to make straight cuts on lines drawn between the arcs on each 2x8. . .
