Its my understanding that modulars (even multi story modulars) are quite common in some areas with short fair weather seasons.

The 3W trailer isn't $4M but (that) place to put one is.

Modulars are common, sure, but according to the article, this isn't even a "modular". It's a trailer (the picture shows it, too).

Modular and triple wide trailers tend to be different, no? Modular housing is built to be located permanently and not to be packed and or moved with you when you move to another location.
