That does not appear to be sold in the USA, which means very little information on the saw is here.
Perhaps he might query a dealer over the pond?

There is a W614 Operators Manual & Parts List PDF on Charnwoods site. But their recomendation is to take it to an authorised service centre to get the belt replaced. A phone call to them on
