Aspen trees are dying

While, I know aspen is not a common wood for everyone the latestreports on stands of aspens dying should be troubling to us all thatcherish wood.The scientists are not sure what's causing the stands to die off, buttheyare also not sure if this is a one time thing or not. Let's hope it's aone time thing!We are losing oaks here in the Pacific West, another variety of wooddying offis very disturbing. Wallace
