Looking at purchasing a new Smithy multi-tool machine, probably the Ironwood model. Any Smithy owners out there that could give positive or negatives about the machine? It's difficult to buy something this large and expensive, sight unseen. I've learned a lot about the Shopsmith but they seem to be almost double the cost.
Any constructive input will be greatly appreciated.
