If you have a drill press and can clamp your wood properly a large fly cutter would work.
Wood ABSOLUTELY MUST BE CLAMPED DOWN and hands kept back.

When you reply to a post, PLEASE DO NOT change the title! That makes it show up in a different thread, and it makes the flow of "conversation" really hard to follow. Just hit "reply", type your reply, and let it go.
