I just bought my house and noticed that when I use the microwave the voltage drops from 121V to 112V and the lights slightly dim/flicker. I noticed the voltage drop only effects outlets in the kitchen and the adjacent room. I haven't tested every outlet in the house but I checked outlets in a couple other rooms and there was no voltage drop. I noticed after the microwave ended the voltage would return to 120V. Any idea what would cause this?
