Sorry Tom. You'll have to call Andersen, who won't do anything but sell you a whole new window unit, or your choice of a Glass Shop or Hardware Store. Repairs of a single sash around me are $75 to $150 and you must remove the sash yourself and bring it to them. Or, hire a Handyman Service or Company to take care of everything.
