Looking at the usenet wiki first page

theres a link to google groups but not one to the newsgroup uk.d-i-y I wonder how many people visit the wiki and dont discover the usenet (from the days before web browers i think)Actually if i scroll down i find it at: [See the newsgroup access tips to learn more and find out how you can participate. ] linking to :

But Jakob Nielson says most people dont look at a page for more than a few seconds when theyre searching for relevance.
So I suggest we add a link to the newsgroup far higher up the page, and to the left column.

PS Ive been having very intermittent newsgroup access but now I hope theyve fixed it at my ISP Entanet / Headweb
