An Ebay parcel has been sent tracked, via INSIGHT, except I cannot find a mail company or website under that name.
Who are 'insight' mail.

It didn't say that, it suggested it wasn't valid, not one of their numbers. Its just a large item (A3), which would be ruined by them screwing up to push through the letter box.
