Oh, yes. It's specially printed for f*****ts to waste their money on, and so the police can identify potential tossers more easily.

There will be tears before bedtime if they crash and their insurance refuses to pay out because the vehicle has been "modified". Obviously sticking red gaffer tape over a white van is a material fact - if you were an insurer, wouldn't you load the premiums.
