Which make of MCB is physically compatible with ROLEC?

I want to add a 16A MCB to a rail that already has a ROLEC-branded RCD on it - are MK, Wylex, Hager, or xxx physically the same as ROLEC?

Its not a common make... looking at what I can see on the web they appear to do lots of electrical distribution kit for slightly specialist markets like caravan parks, marinas, and electric vehicle charging points. If that is the right outfit there is a fair chance they badge engineer the actual switch gear, so the OEM may actually be a more common brand.

There is a compatibility table here for some brands:

You could either contact the maker, or remove an existing device and either measure or compare with other brands of device.

Take one with you to a wholesaler and you'll soon know. (Rolec aren't going to tell you to buy another brand.)

Agreed.

I hadn't seen that but, sadly, ROLEC isn't listed

I was hoping someone could save me the hassle, but that was going to be the plan UNTIL a bit more digging has unearthed someone selling ROLEC-branded MCBs on "the bay" for only slightly more than I could buy one of the more common brands.

No, but they may send you a spec sheet with dimensions on it...
