's the chances they'd blow off in a gale?
How many years until ground level rises to reach them?
Someone is *really* worried about the global sea level rising.

Or a wind turbine on top?
In Middlesbrough it's a race between accumulation of litter chucked out of passing cars reaching that height (probably 1-2 years) or the structure beneath being eroded by the acrid pollution from the skunk works next door.
