I hope your builders followed the manufacturers installation instructions to the letter. Our resident ex-tv aerial installer says he has seen some awful examples of bad workmanship.
At least with conventional ridge and hip tiles, bedded in the correct mortar mix, a bad job is still obvious from the ground using binoculars. Dry-fit ridge systems hide the important detail from the eye, even if you were up on the roof.
