Or do you know of one I have not listed?

Three new ring mains, so that's probably 100 m of t and e, 20 double gang sockets,

regarding lighting, ten light switches, four fluorescents and four outside lights.

It would likely depend on what make of accessories you want to use. And any seller may have special offers at any point in time. So make a list and price it up.

QVS are worth shortlisting:

You are giving a list of both trade counters and general public sheds on that list. There is a big difference between the two.

Probably TLC (particularly the T&E). The trade counters can be cheaper for some specific items, but usually more expensive for the whole lot IME.

can be quite good.

4 pounds + VAT cheaper for 100m of 2.5mm2 T+E compared to TLC.

Generally, but not always, an electrical wholesaler, but which one will depend upon how large a trade discount you can talk them into and exactly what you are buying. You need to list what you plan to buy and do some legwork to get the very best pricing. Whether you will save as much as that will cost to do over just visiting the most convenient wholesaler and asking for a trade discount is another matter.

TLC get a bit cheaper if you walk into a branch and buy a quantity of stuff as well.
