Water pressure recorder

You might find a restricter has been fitted to your machine for high pressure water which you could remove. A "washer" with a small hole fitted under the inlet pipe connection. Hoover used to fit them.

Is this a reference to Colonel Grytpipe-Thynne ?

You can get the actual sensor for £20 from China

and hook it up to an Arduino or Raspberry Pi (other microcontrollers and SBCs are available) to log your pressure, but it may not actually be a pressure problem. We have reasonable pressure but low flow (furred-up 1930s iron pipes) and our newest machine complains about the water pressure but it just means it's taking too long to fill. The service engineer who came around to fix something else said the machine may eventually give up and need resetting, but so far it just beeps and keeps on going.
