Want to make my walls in the conservatory "flat". Brick faces ok to skim and then plaster, but what about about the painted pebbble dash surface? Is in good conditon but what treatment (if any) is required b4 starting?

Use "dry wall adhesive", for both. Then skim with multi-finish plaster.
