Trying to haggle an agreeable price to have about 20 rolls of paper hung by a friend All old paper is off. What do pro decorators charge? How do they charge for painting? - By the day, hour, 5 litre tin?

Negotiate a fixed price with your friend, it'll forestall any arguments if he turns out to be the slowest wallpaper-hanger in the west.
