We had blinds fitted in our new home. My wife is quite rightly a bit picky and decided that they didn't sit correctly. The supplier popped in today, fortuitously with a younger colleague who was not dyslexic.
After a brief inspection. the younger man announced that the measurements were wrong and that the the blinds in one room should be rehung and that ten slats needed to be replaced in one room and eight in another
I was astonished that there was no adjustment, leading to the inevitable extra cost.
Nothing has changed in over 20 years!
