Under floor heating + vinyl

My daughter would like electric under-floor heating in her conservatory with a vinyl flooring on top. I said it can't be done, but she insists it can.



Whose right ?

It can be done. Howveer vinyl is not the greatest conductor, so the concrete will have to be hotter, and that means more heatloss downwards..
