My iMac is hard woired using ethernet to the superhub2 and it seems slow but at least it works most of teh time unlike my ipad which keeps dropping connection.
I then switch the wi-fi off on my ipad and then on again, seems to be ok for another 10mins or so.

The www version and the wiki versions are on different servers (and different hosting companies) as well, so if you can't get to either its likely a problem at your end or a wider area problem affecting lots of sites.

Have you tried iOS 12 ? That fixed my similar problem on my 6S
