Two eBay purchases gone wrong in a week

think the problem is more the shop not scanning the label on receipt and then you never get a collection code because tracking shows it delivered...then ebay, not the seller give you a 'complimentary' refund as they call it....then eventually the shop find the parcel and give it to you when you go and collect another parcel...ebay must be losing a fortune because of incompetent shops
