Time and cost to fit a boiler

We need a new boiler fitted in a one bedroom flat in London. There'scurrently a non-condensing unpressurised system (ie header tank) witha hot water cylinder. Pump, gas meter and timer are all in the samecupboard in the centre of the house and the thermostat is on the otherside of the cupboard wall - ie the install really should be simple. Irealise that we'll need a condensing boiler and the condensate willhave to be pumped up to roof level to drain.I'm reckoning on replacement boiler cost of

There is the story of the bookeeper passing his business on to his son. He tells his son he will teach him a lesson about the importance of 'trust' in business. He asks his son to climb to the top rung on a ladder. Then he asks his son to lean backwards and fall and he will catch him. His son leans back, falls but his father steps out of the way and his son lands on the floor and breaks 3 vertibrae
