As Brain said, you will be convicted and sued. I was when I moved a car that blocked me in (not sued but I had to pay compensation (the cost of the window I smashed to let the handbrake off) and a £75 fine for criminal damage)

Personally I would arrange for two cars to block in the offending car and then make a stand off with the driver. Please video everything (or if doing something nasty and anonymous then film nothing)

Your biggest problem is that the drivers know where you live. The driver of the car that boxed me in did not know where I lived but I knew where they lived. Although it is worth remembering that the police do sent the "victims" a letter with your name, address and date of birth on it if you are convicted.
