Has anyone come across a tap like this? It is dripping continuously. I have removed the top section with a view to replacing or repairing the valve. However the bottom half of the plastic remains in place and I can see no way of removing it. The top of the valve appears to be nylon. I can find nothing like it on the internet. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
