To fix a TV bracket to a wood (presume veneered chipboard) panel approximately 16mm thick.
TV bracket has 6 countersunk holes, and the metal plate is approximately 3 mm thick.
I assume the 20mm length is the thread length plus the head?
Either way, the pronged tee is inset into the wood so there will be plenty of thread.
Looking good as long as long as the wood panel is sturdy enough.

Should be fine in dry conditions. Possible galvanic corrosion if it was wet, but presumably it shouldn't get wet!
Counter sunk screws always quoted as overall length. For other head styles, lengths are measured from the underside of the head. CSK head diameters are nominally twice the shank diameter. Other head style sizes can vary. there are standards but makers don't always adhere to them.

In one or two places on our boat, the hot dip galvanised deck fittings are bolted down with stainless bolts. We haven't had any problems.
ISTR that the galvanic potential difference is small, but without looking it up I didn't want to flag it as "OK if damp". I am pretty confident it will be fine if dry. I should also perhaps have said not above temperatures of 350 degrees C or so, but that seemed unnecessary for fixings in plywood.
Stainless screws into brass screw cups on the back edge of a stainless sink/drainer. Gets wet, no problems. OK brass rather than just zinc but de-zincification of brass is known.
